Common questions

What is a social battery?

It's a simple way to describe how much energy you have for people right now. Some time with others fills you up, and some drains you. bramtide helps you notice the difference.

What can my friends see?

Only what you choose to share: a simple status such as Available, Limited or Recharging. They never see your percentage, notes or patterns. Sharing is off by default, and you can hide your status from any friend at any time.

Where are my check-ins stored?

On your iPhone. Your check-ins, notes and patterns are not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel bramtide Plus?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › bramtide, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open bramtide, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

Can I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I leave the waitlist?

Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected], and we'll delete your address.
